How can baking biscuits ever be quick? You usually must acquire a scale, then carefully measure all the ingredients, caress the bread for ages, then cut out small cookies into heart, moon and star shapes and then wait the next century'til they're baked.
NEVER EVER would I bake cookies under these circumstances. That is just how I roll. But after that I encounter these Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that's what I call them, anyhow.)
Ok, they do not taste just like the biscuits you get round Christmas time. Rather they're a bit more gooey and don't crumble in any respect.
But what largely convinced me was that you can have them prepared in 25 minutes such as the baking time! No shit.
Probably the most surprising thing about the cookies is that they involve only 2 ingredients! Yep that is correct, and anyone can mix two ingredients.
Though in case you want to make them tastier and/or healthier you can pimp them up with a few add ons like raisins, walnuts or cinnamon. That is Your Choice!
It seems increasingly like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody is gont cover me should you eat them), but I have to mention yet another awesome thing about those cookies.
They're tasty! Yep, once I had had the initial I finished the remainder inside one hour.
They are ideal for hiking excursions or other events where you need a quick energizing snack on the move. Nowadays I keep them as a quick snack in my back pack.
It also has to be noted they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the normal cookie suspects. Simply oats and peanuts.

First I wished to call them"Fitness Cookies" -- cause I think these are the only really healthy cookies that have been made by humankind *.
Take oats such as. Not only do they reduce your cholesterol levels which consequently helps you prevent developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with good carbohydrates and nutrients to help keep you going for more throughout the day.
These nutrients contain manganese, great for bone creation and skin ethics as well as magnesium -- important for energy generation to allow you to feel more awake
Much like bananas -- the favorite fruit among athletes -- not just because they have an adequate amount of good carbs but also for being the big players at the potassium game.
Potassium is a very important nutrient for preventing fatigue and muscular cramps. Pretty good if you've got a difficult day ahead of you.
Since you can see, I am a big fan.

If you do not have that make sure to grease the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if you are vegetarian )
To make the cookie contour simply grab a spoon and scoop a decent sum from the mixture onto the baking tray like I did at the photo above. It's super fast and easy.
EQUIPMENT: you only require a strong baking tray and some parchment paper, cool also.
